Within days, the video had been played almost thirty times. ‘It was a real problem, because of ‘Park Avenue,’ ‘a public-television official aware of the situation said. ‘Because of the whole thing with the Koch brothers, ITVS knew WNET would never air it. Never.’ “According to the television producer, it seemed like ITVS executives ‘didn’t want it to get to higher levels at PBS’ that another Koch film was in the pipeline: ‘They were trying to hide things. They didn’t want ITVS’s name connected to it at Sundance. Disc golfers now must pay to play in Madison parks:

When the two disc golf courses open this spring in Hiestand Park and Elver Park, players will have to pay $5 a day or $40 for an annual pass, according to a news release from the Madison Parks Division.

Brain-to-brain interface lets rats share information via internet:

In the final test, the scientists connected rats on different continents and beamed their brain activity back and forth over the internet. “Even though the animals were on different continents, with the resulting noisy transmission and signal delays, they could still communicate,” said Miguel Pais-Vieira, the first author of the study, in a statement. “This tells us that we could create a workable network of animal brains distributed in many different locations.”

Original Project Description: This short video is called EXISTENCE. The video is a statement not only about time and progression, but also a statement about the world we have created for ourselves. The basis of the video contrasts the two extremes of life itself: the urban metropolis, and the beauty outside the city. I love to stargaze.
